The new issue of Organization Science is out! Volume 34, Issue 4 presents a rich set of thirteen papers on topics and settings that include discrimination, cancer patient workload, public organizations, and collaborative organizing among Kenyan livestock owners. The papers represent the diversity of work and authorship at the journal, with authors on four continents and field settings on five.  Methodologically, the issue includes experimental, qualitative, modeling, and quantitative archival methods.  We are excited to present an issue that reflects Organization Science's focus on the breadth of topics, settings, methods, and authors providing theoretical advancements and better policy and practice recommendations to the academic, private, and public sectors.
