    On this upcoming session of AMJ Radio Live (Dec 13th, 11 AM Eastern Time), Sekou Bermiss (AMJ Associate Editor) will discuss Prof. Ron Burt's recent AMJ article on "Bridge Supervision," which occurs when a manager and their boss do not share any strong similar social connections.     Prof. Ron Burt is the Charles M. Harper Leadership Professor of Sociology and Strategy at the University of Chicago & Distinguished Professor at Bocconi University in Milan. He studies the ways that social networks create competitive advantage in careers, organizations, and markets.
