The PDW is a two-part session combining an interactive venture-evaluation experiment with a moderated panel and research discussion. Participants will compare entrepreneurial decisions made under human-only and AI-augmented conditions and then reflect on how AI may influence opportunity evaluation, experimentation, confidence, bias, and funding decisions.
The session will take place on Saturday, August 1, from 12:00 to 14:30 ET, at the Marriott, Franklin 7. The interactive experiment will run from 12:00 to 13:00, followed by the panel and research discussion from 13:00 to 14:30.
The workshop is open to scholars and doctoral researchers interested in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial finance, judgment, experimentation, and artificial intelligence. Our room accommodates approximately 100 participants, and the short registration form takes around 30 seconds to complete:
