    The Management Department at the University of Florida Warrington College of Business seeks to fill two tenured/tenure-track positions (at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor) with a research focus on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Machine Learning (ML) and Business Management - one person with expertise in AI/ML and strategic management, and another with expertise in AI/ML and organizational behavior/human resource (OB/HR) management.

    Candidates must also be able to teach effectively within the disciplines of strategic management or OB/HR, including courses focused on AI/ML topics (e.g., AI Ethics, Technology and AI Governance, Human Capital Analytics, Strategic Leadership in AI). Candidates will be expected to help mentor PhD students for placement in research-focused universities.
