The Department of Management & Leadership in the C. T. Bauer College of Business at the
University of Houston seeks qualified applicants for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position,
starting in the fall of 2024. We are particularly interested in applicants with expertise in People
Analytics, Human Resource Analytics, and/or Strategic Human Resources. However, applicants
with interests in all areas of management will be seriously considered (e.g., Human Resources
Management, Organization Theory, Organizational Behavior, and Strategic Management).
Existing and/or strong potential for excellence in both scholarly research and teaching will be
crucial for the successful applicant.
