Dear all,
We are pleased to invite you to participate in an exclusive study on the transformative impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on corporate governance.
This study is an outgrowth of the increasing integration of AI, which is revolutionizing corporate governance and posing significant challenges. A key aspect of this transformation is the evolving role and responsibilities of board members. It is critical to identify the AI competencies that board members need to acquire in order to effectively fulfill their oversight responsibilities in this rapidly changing technological landscape.
To contribute to this critical discourse, a research team from the University of Tor Vergata (Silvia Cervi) and the Sapienza University of Rome (Nicola Cucari, Francesco Laviola) is conducting a comprehensive study. The aim is to identify the essential AI competencies for directors. Using the Delphi method, the research will involve experts from academia, board members and computer scientists to identify the most important AI skills.
We cordially invite you to participate in this research. If you are available, please complete the form below. The research team will contact you by May 31st to provide further details and to involve you in the project.
