Rapid developments in machine learning based AI have seen an explosion of use cases for both those who study and those who manage organizations. The webinar will describe several findings from the Organizations & Algorithms research project at INSEAD that Prof Puranam and his collaborators have been engaged in for the last few years. He will highlight the transition that is taking place from using AI as a tool to AI as a team-mate. While exciting, the webinar will also point to possible hazards such a transition may entail.
