    Thanks to the support of the Digital Future Initiative at Columbia Business School, we are delighted to announce the 5th Annual Management, Analytics, and Data Conference. The conference will bring together scholars seeking to understand the role of data and analytics in shaping organizations, management, and firm performance.

    This includes, but is not limited to, topics such as the organizational economics of artificial intelligence, AI and data in strategic management, human-AI interaction, people analytics, the role of data and AI in shaping organizational design and evolution, data driven decision making, and the macroeconomic and sociological perspectives on data and society. 

    We encourage you to submit a paper to our program. Our conference will take place over a one and a half days event on May 21st and 22nd of 2026, at the new Columbia Business School campus in New York City. Discounted hotel rooms will be available.

    The conference program will mostly consist of presentations by junior and senior faculty. PhD students and postdocs can submit for a dedicated session. For co-authored papers, the author planning to attend should submit.
